School Vision:

At Encinita Elementary, our vision is that everyone is a leader and everyone is a learner. We are dedicated to developing leadership in students, staff, and parents through Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits and The Leader in Me framework. Leadership and character education are woven throughout our curriculum and daily practice, creating a culture where every member of our community contributes to the growth and success of all students.

Encinita students gain the knowledge, skills, and habits needed to become lifelong learners and responsible citizens. We provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment that promotes academic excellence, critical thinking, problem solving, and healthy living. Our instruction is research-based and aligned with state standards to ensure that all students reach their fullest potential.
