Your child must be 4 years of age on or before December 2. Preschool and Child Care Services have a waiting list. Please contact the Child Development Department at 626-312-2900 x235 if you have questions about the availability and qualifications for programs at each site.

You can call the Rosemead School District Office at (626) 312-2900 and ask the receptionist to verify your address in the boundary grid directory or check with your school secretary. Once the District Office has verified the address, you will be told which school your child should attend and the school address.

You must apply and qualify for free or reduced lunch and fill out an application. The guidelines or qualifications are based on income and the number of persons in the household. Please contact the food services office at 626-312-2900 x254 or the school secretary for information on obtaining an application. You may also pick one up from the Food Services department at the Rosemead District Office, 3907 Rosemead Blvd.
